This Privacy Policy explains how NightVCE ("we", "us") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit our website or sign up for the presale list. It is written in plain language commonly used by touring artists and DJs who collect small amounts of contact information for mailing lists, presales, and event updates.

• Contact information you provide: name, email address, Instagram handle and optional notes you submit via the presale form.
• Form metadata: IP address, submission time, and form delivery metadata collected by our form processor (for example, Formspree) to deliver messages.
• Usage data: anonymous analytics about visits to the site (page views, referrers) if analytics are enabled.

How we use your information

• To send presale invitations, event updates, and other important notices about NightVCE events.
• To respond to your inquiries (booking, press, or general contact).
• To improve the website experience and monitor performance (analytics).
